This database came from the need expressed by our Stop the Hate grantees who expressed wanting to know more about their fellow grantees and whom to contact all in an easy-to-reference place. The information from this list comes from the valuable work that your organization and team are doing. The purpose of this database is to make your case management, resource referral, and organizational partnerships easier to do.
| San Diego County is divided into 6 regions as determined by the official San Diego county definition, as linked here and pictured here. Listed below is each San Diego region and Imperial Valley with its accompanying list of cities/neighborhoods: |
| North Inland – Anza-Borrego Springs, Escondido, Fallbrook, North San Diego, Palomar-Julian, Pauma, Poway, Ramona, San Marcos, and Valley Center |
| North Coastal – Camp Pendleton, Carlsbad, Del Mar, Encinitas, Oceanside, Rancho Santa Fe, San Dieguito, Solana Beach, Vista |
| North Central – Coastal, Del Mar-Mira Mesa, Elliott-Navajo, Kearny Mesa, Miramar, Peninsula, and University |
| Central – North Park, College Area, Encanto, Paradise Hills, Barrio Logan, Hillcrest, Mission Hills, and University Heights |
